Suburban Brewing Co.

Suburban Brewing Company resides in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania—an extremely small, quirky town, home to Amish farms, suburban neighborhoods, small homesteads, and a growing craft beer-loving crowd. The owners are personal friends and fellow Deadheads. They started a nano-brewery and tap room in 2018, and as business picked up, they decided to start canning, so I created a design system that worked with their existing brand. This design system embraces all the demographics of Honey Brook and the owners, utilizing design cues from Amish hex signs, Grateful Dead and Phish song lyrics, as well as bohemian mandalas, to create a cohesive, yet eye catching slate of labels, merch, and environmental graphics.
